The journey began during doctoral research in materials science and electrochemistry, where early work focused on developing advanced nickel-based electrodes for alkaline water electrolysis (AWE) and anion exchange membrane water electrolysis (AEMWE).
Through several years of research and engagement with over 130 industry stakeholders, it became clear that improving electrode materials is critical to reducing the cost of hydrogen production and enabling large-scale deployment of electrolyzers.
In 2024, Revolod Material was established to translate this technology into real-world applications, focusing on scalable, cost-effective electrode solutions for next-generation water electrolysis systems.
